The Cutting Side

  • The 11" round's juice ring works like a moat that the juice flows into instead of off the board.
  • The 15"x21" oval has a recessed cutting surface with a built-up edge allowing it to be used at the dinner table without worry of juice spillage.
  • To retain the presentation side's original condition, cut on the juice retainer side. This side has a softer surface to protect the knife's cutting edge. If knife marks become objectionable, they can easily be removed by using a Scotch-Brite pad or fine sandpaper which will renew the surface.

Caution: Because Dinelle is an acrylic-based material, it should not be used as a trivet for pans coming straight from the oven or range. Damage will occur if used with temperatures over 212°F (boiling water).
